I have successfully represented clients in a variety of civil litigation in my 20+ years of practice, with long experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts. My clients know that I wilI work hard with them to develop a strategy that ensures a successful outcome.


Kevin McGlone has more than 20 years of experience in Lugenbuhl’s insurance section as a litigator handling insurance coverage actions, bad faith insurance claims, maritime personal injury claims and environmental litigation. His decades of diverse litigation experience includes insurance coverage disputes, environmental litigation, maritime personal injury cases and more in state and federal trial and appellate courts.

Outside the Office

When not working, Kevin is active in church parish and children’s school. He currently chairs the St. Francis Xavier Catholic School Advisory Board and is a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church Parish Council. He is also an avid fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and New Orleans Saints.
