Litigation

At Lugenbuhl, “litigation” is not just another practice group. Our litigation team is made up of a cross-section of experienced attorneys in fields across all major industries, including: admiralty and maritime law, commercial and corporate law, insurance coverage, health care law, entertainment law, premises liability, condemnation law, mortgage and real estate law, and fair-debt collection.

Although each of Lugenbuhl’s litigators has different skill sets and specialties, our litigators are not permanently assigned to discrete practices or clients. Instead, Lugenbuhl approaches each piece of litigation on a “project by project” basis, creating a team of attorneys best-suited to solve any problem a particular client has. This multi-disciplinary approach allows us to assist our clients with any issues they have, from advising on business expansion, to aggressive court advocacy, to solving problems in any alternative dispute resolution format.

We have successfully and zealously represented clients in litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, with a focus along the Gulf Coast. Given the breadth of our firm-wide practice, Lugenbuhl is regularly involved in litigation in the following disciplines:

  • Bad faith-claims litigation
