Overview

Kris Wilson’s  practice is devoted to representing insurance companies in liability coverage disputes and property claims. Focused on first-party and liability insurance coverage, he regularly represents clients in toxic tort litigation, construction defect liability, personal and advertising injury liability, automobile liability, marine liability, oil-and-gas liability and employer’s liability. Kris’s work also includes bad faith claims litigation, defense obligation disputes, insurance fraud investigation, and uninsured/underinsured coverage. Further, he has served as defense counsel for insurers in more than 100 first-party commercial and residential property insurance cases resulting from hurricanes, hailstorms, fires, thefts, vandalism and other causes.
