The conference includes national CLE programs focusing on the topics of fidelity and surety. The fidelity program will address Ponzi schemes and mercantile bonds.
Ashley is participating in two panels as part of the fidelity program. She will present on the “Use of Experts: Selection and Deployment” on Jan. 17 at 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. The panel will cover the advantages and challenges of retaining an expert for different types of fidelity claims and how to locate qualified fidelity experts. The following day from 8:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m., Ashley will participate in a mock trial titled “San Andreas Seafood v. Pacific All Needs Insurance Company.”
