How Can I Help You Move Forward?

I have been providing guidance to clients regarding trusts and estates and commercial real estate matters for more than 45 years and have been honored to have retained many of them over the years. It is a privilege to enjoy the trust of clients, to get to know them, to discuss and fully understand their wishes, hone their instructions, and then to see it all coalesce in an accurate and effective estate plan.

Overview

Frazer Rankin is one of the four founding shareholders. He focusses primarily upon estate planning, trusts and succession administration, commercial real estate transactions and development, and corporate and commercial law.

He has extensive experience drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents; and administering substantial estates, trusts, and businesses. Frazer has litigated contested estate and trust matters on behalf of estate representatives, heirs, legatees and trustees. He has also on occasion been called upon by clients to serve as estate representative and as trustee.

Frazer’s representation of a number of major landowners (and his commercial real estate practice), evolved from friendships formed at Tulane, and his initial title background and subsequent experience running an office of a title company. The ultimate result has been his long-term representation of both families and major international companies and financial institutions.

Outside the Office

Frazer enjoys spending time with his wife and family at their home in Florida, listening to and playing acoustic guitar, singing, traveling, and working on a seemingly endless list of projects in his shop. He also spends his time hunting, boating, and restoring and driving classic cars.
