Benjamin W. Kadden joined an elite panel of practitioners in one of two Legal Ethics sessions, “Practical & Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence: Should AI Come with Age Restrictions?” Douglas S. Draper was honored to present as a co-panelist in a later session led by Chief Judge Meredith S. Grabill, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, EDLA, New Orleans, LA. The session was entitled, “Clean Up on Aisle 9: Decommissioning Chaos.”
The 5th Circuit Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference is a bi-annual conference hosted by The Center for American and International Law (CAIL).
