Lugenbuhl shareholder Dan Centner has joined the editorial board for the International Risk Management Institute’s publication, CGL Reporter. The publication includes articles and case analyses on important CGL-related coverage decisions, providing insightful commentary on cases and their implications.

The editorial board is comprised of members of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section. As a member of the board, Dan joins other prominent coverage litigation experts to summarize the most important and timely cases in their respective areas of practice. Article content and analyses focus on cases at the appellate level or higher. From litigation focused on additional insured to intellectual property issues, CGL Reporter presents insight from some of the nation’s best coverage attorneys.

Case analyses contributed by Dan to CGL Reporter will also be available in a database application, IRMI Insurance Case Finder, and some of the analyses may be published in IRMI’s twice-monthly newsletter, Insurance Law Reporter.

For nearly 40 years, IRMI has been the premier authority and educator for risk management, insurance and legal professionals. It provides trusted, unbiased information via reference services, websites, books, newsletters, continuing education courses, conferences and certification programs.
