Kris Wilson’s practice is devoted to representing insurance companies in liability coverage disputes and property claims. Focused on first-party and liability insurance coverage, he regularly represents clients in toxic tort litigation, construction defect liability, personal and advertising injury liability, automobile liability, marine liability, oil-and-gas liability and employer’s liability. Further, he has served as defense counsel for insurers in more than 100 first-party commercial and residential property insurance cases resulting from hurricanes, hailstorms, fires, thefts, vandalism and other causes.
Simeon Reimonenq, based in Lugenbuhl’s New Orleans office, litigates a broad range of cases on behalf of insurers and corporate clients. His insurance law experience includes insurance coverage defense; life, accident, and disability insurance; asbestos; personal injury defense; and employee benefits and employment law, and he often represents insurance companies in matters that involve property and casualty insurance coverage and general liability coverage litigation. He has successfully tried cases in both federal and state courts to verdict, including cases in excess of a million dollars.
