Overview
Max J. Wagner concentrates his practice on insurance coverage defense and litigation, representing clients through all stages of complex disputes. In addition to his litigation practice, he brings experience in appellate matters, multidistrict litigation, and personal injury defense, offering clients strategic insight across a broad range of contentious matters.
Throughout his career, Max has worked on claims resulting from catastrophic events, such as Winter Storm Uri. He is skilled at analyzing the applicable policies, caselaw and facts of each case to give his clients options for the best possible results. Primarily representing insurance companies against litigants to minimize exposure and company liability, as well as defending against exaggerated or false claims, Max works to ensure his clients achieve the earliest possible resolution both before and after disputes become lawsuits.
Outside the Office
When not assisting clients, Max values time spent with his wife, Bethany, and their three daughters. He also enjoys squeezing in a day on the golf course or clearing his mind with a strategic game of chess.
