Stewart F. Peck Authors “Navigating the Murky Waters of Admiralty and Bankruptcy Law” in the June 2013 Edition of Tulane Law Review

Lugenbuhl congratulates Stewart F. Peck on the publication of his article “Navigating the Murky Waters of Admiralty and Bankruptcy Law” in the June 2013 edition of the Tulane Law Review.  In the article, Mr. Peck explores the jurisdictional and Constitutional issues that arise when bankruptcy law converges with federal admiralty law.  The article also discusses certain principles of bankruptcy jurisdiction and issues arising in complex bankruptcies that effect maritime practitioners and creditors.
