Lugenbuhl shareholder Celeste Elliott is part of an esteemed group of attorneys who will speak about various insurance law topics during an upcoming CLE hosted by LSU Law’s Center of Continuing Professional Development, the premier provider of continuing legal education in Louisiana.
The Insurance Law Seminar will be held on Friday, October 30 at LSU Law Center’s McKernan Law Auditorium, located at 1 East Campus Drive on LSU’s campus in Baton Rouge. The event is one of several professional development seminars the Center holds annually in various locations around the state.
Ms. Elliott’s presentation will cover recent Louisiana Supreme Court decisions pertaining to insurance coverage legal matters. Other topics that will be covered during the CLE include uninsured motorist waivers, bad faith penalties and attorney fees, claims against insurance agents, coverage issues in legacy cases, CGL coverage and ethics.
