Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard is pleased to announce the addition of lateral attorneys Lauren B. McKnight and Kevin M. McGlone to its New Orleans headquarters.

McKnight focuses on commercial transactions and litigation. She joins the firm with 19 years of experience representing start-ups, non-profits, small business owners and multi-million dollar private and publicly traded companies in energy, trucking, oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing and real estate development. In addition to serving as outside general counsel for several privately held companies, she maintains a thriving commercial litigation practice.

McGlone joins the insurance section as a 20 year veteran with experience handling various types of litigation including insurance coverage disputes, environmental litigation, bad faith claims, and maritime personal injury cases. He has experience in state and federal trial courts in Louisiana and has argued before state and federal appeals courts.  McGlone is a 1999 graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he received his BBA in finance.  In 2002, he received his juris doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Law Review.  McGlone also served as law clerk to the Hon. Eldon E. Fallon in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.  McGlone currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
