Lugenbuhl Managing Partner Stewart Peck to Present at New Orleans Bar Association Bench Bar Conference

Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard managing partner Stewart Peck will participate on a moderated panel as part of the New Orleans Bar Association’s Bench Bar Conference to be held March 10-12, 2016 at the Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama. 

The panel will explore key considerations and approaches for proving damages in commercial cases. “Proving Damages in Commercial Cases” will take place on Friday, March 11 during the conference and includes a 30-minute CLE.

The panel will be moderated by Brent Barriere of Fishman Haygood Phelps Walmsley Willis and Swanson, LLP. Co-presenters joining the panel with Mr. Peck include Judge Paula Brown of the Orleans Parish Civil District Court and J. Lester Alexander III, principal with Accounting, Economics & Appraisal Group, LLC.
