Lugenbuhl shareholder David B. Sharpe recently participated in the Oceanic Winds panel discussion during the 20th Annual Tulane Environmental Law Summit. Tulane Law School’s Environmental & Energy Law Society hosts the annual summit, which discusses the pressing environmental legal and policy questions of the day.
The panel addressed the issues and developments related to the current status and future of ocean wind power in the US and how it presents a range of technical, economic, political and legal issues. Mr. Sharpe, who is also an adjunct Professor of Law at Tulane Law School, moderated the panel discussion and gave a presentation titled, “Wind-Farm Support Vessels in the US: Legal & Regulatory Considerations.”
