Benjamin Kadden to Speak at LSU Bankruptcy Law Seminar
Benjamin Kadden, a Shareholder with Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard, will serve as a speaker for the “Professionalism – A Judge’s View; Lawyer Commentary” session during LSU Law’s 23rd Annual Bankruptcy Law Seminar, held Nov. 2-3 at LSU Law’s McKernan Law Auditorium, located at 1 E. Campus Drive in Baton Rouge.
Benjamin will join the Honorable John W. Kolwe, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Louisiana, Alexandria Division, from 3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. on the first day of the seminar for a discussion on the importance of professionalism from the perspectives of attorneys and judges.
