Travis Wilkinson

Travis Wilkinson was born in Warner Robbins, Georgia on December 5, 1970. He grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana where he graduated from The Holy Cross School in 1988. Mr. Wilkinson attended Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 1993. Mr. Wilkinson returned to New Orleans and enjoyed a successful career in sales prior to entering law school. Mr. Wilkinson received his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University with Order of the Coif honors in 2003. During his time at the Law Center, Mr. Wilkinson was a member of the Louisiana Law Review and is the author of "Is Anyone Listening to Me?: Bartnicki v. Vopper", Louisiana Law Reivew, Winter 2003.

Mr. Wilkinson joined the firm in 2011 and his practice focuses on insurance coverage and litigation, with a particular focus on occupational disease litigation. Mr. Wilkinson also handles a number of insurance defense matters. Prior to joining Lugenbuhl, Mr. Wilkinson participated in a series of complex litigation matters, including an eight-figure insurance claim arising from commercial damage caused by Hurricane Katrina as well as a $100 million commercial contract dispute between two healthcare systems. Mr. Wilkinson's prior experience also includes representation of a number of local individuals and businesses in connection with their contract disputes, succession litigation and collection matters.
