Rebecca A. Moore

Rebecca A. Moore was born in Columbus, Texas on May 2, 1971. She graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1994, receiving a degree in Criminal Justice. After obtaining her paralegal certification from Southwest Texas State University in 1996, Ms. Moore worked as a paralegal in the legal field until earning her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2001. Ms. Moore's practice has focused on matters involving sophisticated coverage cases and insurance defense matters related to commercial litigation, third-party and first-party defense, product liability, automobile claims and premises liability. Ms. Moore is listed among Texas' Top Young Lawyers (Texas Rising Star Edition, Super Lawyers Magazine, 2010). Ms. Moore is a member of the Houston, Texas and American Bar Associations and is a member of the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. She is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts; the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western United States District Courts in Texas. Ms. Moore's litigation experience includes bench trials, default judgments and mediations. In motion practice, Ms. Moore has successfully pursued summary judgments and defended against them in both Texas and Florida. Ms. Moore and her husband, Troy, have two children.
