S. FRAZER RANKIN was born in Montgomery,
Alabama, on February 2, 1947. He attended Tulane University and received
his Bachelor of Arts in 1969. Graduating from Tulane University School
of Law in 1972 with his Juris Doctorate, he was admitted to the bar
in 1973. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate
planning, probate, trusts, corporate law and business law. Mr. Rankin
has extensive experience in the representation of major landowners,
substantial estates and businesses. Mr. Rankin is a member of the
New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, American
Bar Association and the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Louisiana,
and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh
Circuits. |
