Lugenbuhl shareholder Tina Kappen will serve as a panelist at the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar, which kicked off Feb. 28 and continues through March 3 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Committee’s meeting and brings together experts in insurance litigation from throughout the country. The seminar focuses on both the policyholder’s and insurer’s viewpoints and includes three full-day CLE programs along with roundtable lunches.

Tina will join fellow panelists to present “The Nuts & Bolts of Insurance Coverage Litigation: A Toolkit for Young Insurance Coverage Lawyers,” held on Saturday, March 3 from 9:20 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. The breakout session will cover the essentials of litigation in an insurance coverage case, including preparing for depositions from the perspectives of both a policyholder and defense counsel.
