Ashley Belleau joins as shareholder in the firm’s New Orleans headquarters. Belleau’s primary areas of practice include bankruptcy, corporate and commercial law, estate planning, professional liability and litigation. A former entrepreneur, Belleau works with business owners through the corporate lifecycle from launch, growth and development, and dissolution when necessary. She also mediates and arbitrates business disputes. Belleau earned a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University’s Newcomb College and a juris doctorate from the Tulane University School of Law. Among her numerous honors and accolades, she served as a clerk for the late Judge Henry A. Donna Thomisee joins as shareholder in the firm’s Houston office. Thomisee’s area of practice involves all aspects of litigation and insurance coverage and defense, from intake through the trial and appellate processes. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas State University and a juris doctorate from the University of Houston. Kelli Gunter joins as associate in the firm’s Houston office. Gunter focuses on managing first-party litigation, from inception to resolution, in both state and federal courts. She also has experience in commercial litigation and general civil defense. A magna cum laude graduate from Lamar University, Gunter earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and was a member of the Phi Kappi Phi national honor society.
