Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard welcomes tax attorney Tyler Arbour as an associate in its New Orleans office. Arbour brings a wealth of experience with tax-related issues, significantly expanding the firm’s tax litigation practice.

Previously, he worked for Lowe, Stein, Hoffman, Allweiss & Hauver. His experience includes tax planning, tax controversies and tax-exempt organizations, and his expertise covers estate planning and litigation, as well as high-net-worth community property partitions. Arbour is knowledgeable with administering large successions, including those involving litigation, and he represents taxpayers in matters involving the IRS, the Louisiana Department of Revenue and various parish governments.

In addition, Arbour focuses on commercial transactions and general commercial litigation. He advises clients with operating agreements, asset purchases, employment agreements and other business matters, including litigation in both state and federal court.

Arbour earned a law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a master’s in tax law from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
