Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard welcomes litigation attorney Juliana Gaige as an associate in the firm’s Houston office. An experienced litigator, Gaige focuses on defense of personal injury and commercial claims, employment law and insurance coverage claims.

Before joining Lugenbuhl, Gaige practiced at Adams and Reese as a civil litigation attorney and served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Tort Litigation Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office prior to that. During her time as a government lawyer, she represented state agencies in administrative and district court cases.

Gaige’s litigation experience includes advising clients on matters pertaining to personal injury, labor and employment, intellectual property, and public utility and energy law. Along with representing employers in discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliatory discharge, trade secret and non-compete litigation, Gaige has represented clients in complex commercial litigation involving breach of contract, director and officer liability, partnership disputes and fiduciary litigation. She also represents private and public entities in personal injury litigation and provides counsel on trademark, copyright and other intellectual property matters.

Gaige received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and earned a law degree from South Texas College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas, including all U.S. District Courts in the state.

In 2009, Gaige was recognized by Texas Rising Stars for her civil litigation work. She is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association and Texas Women Lawyers.
