Lugenbuhl shareholder Christopher Caplinger will serve as a panelist during the upcoming National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees 35th Anniversary Celebration and Annual Convention, held Sept. 13-17 at New Orleans Marriott in the French Quarter.
Christopher is a moderator of the Receiverships and ABC’s panel alongside Mark Goldstein of Lowe, Stein, Hoffman, Allweiss & Hauver in New Orleans; S. Gregory Hays of Hays Financial Consulting in Atlanta; and Chicago-based NABT member Ira Bodenstein and Robert Handler of Commercial Recovery Associates. Held Saturday, Sept. 16 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., the panel will explore two useful alternatives to bankruptcy in assisting distressed companies and managing liquidations.
