Brad E. Harrigan was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey on March 7, 1975. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (B.A., 1997) where he earned Presidential Recognition for Academics and was named a Florida Academic Scholar. Mr. Harrigan received his Juris Doctorate in Law from the Boston University School of Law (J.D., Litigation, with Honors, 2000). Mr. Harrigan was named a Paul J. Liacos Scholar (Top 25% of Class, 1998) and earned invaluable litigation experience as a member of Boston University’s Civil Litigation Program.

After graduating from law school in 2000, Mr. Harrigan practiced in Chicago at an intellectual property boutique firm where he focused entirely on IP litigation and prosecution. His experience includes all aspects of IP representation concerning foreign and domestic trademarks, copyrights, licensing disputes, and false advertising. In early 2005, Mr. Harrigan transferred his practice to New Orleans where he now specializes in general litigation, mass disaster defense, and intellectual property litigation and prosecution.

He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Louisiana and Illinois. Mr. Harrigan is a member of the New Orleans and Louisiana State Bar Associations, the International Trademark Association, the International Game
