He attended Nicholls State University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (History), cum laude, in 1987. Mr. Bosworth graduated from Tulane University School of Law in 1991, cum laude, where he was a member and Articles Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1991 and is admitted to all of the state and federal courts of Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bosworth is a shareholder of Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard with his primary areas of practice in personal injury defense, maritime law, and toxic tort litigation.
