Katherine has successfully argued dispositive motions and other significant motions of a complex nature for a number of clients in state and federal court. In addition to her primary areas of practice, Katherine has ten years of experience in handling a variety of other general civil litigation matters.
From our New Orleans office, Katherine focuses on several insurance coverage practice areas including third-party insurance coverage, environmental and toxic tort liability coverage, and employer’s liability coverage.
Katherine was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1996. In 2001, Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Southeastern Louisiana University, where she graduated cum laude with a minor in French. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in 2004. While at Loyola, Katherine was a member of the Moot Court Staff and St. Thomas More Law Society.
Admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2004, Katherine practices before all Louisiana state and federal courts. She practices primarily in the areas of environmental and toxic tort litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, and workers compensation.
