As a member of his collegiate triathlon team, Justin learned he could reach his goals through perseverance, determination, and the power of humor. He uses these same traits to tackle complex matters and educate client expectations. Justin earns clients' trust through his open and honest communication allowing him to better understand who they are, their concerns, and how to deliver their anticipated result.


A member of the team in Lugenbuhl's Houston office, Justin’s practice is dedicated to insurance law. His areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and first and third-party insurance defense. 

Justin received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2018.

During law school, Justin was an Articles Editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal, a member of his law school’s Moot Court Team, and executive member of the Hispanic Law Student’s Association. Before joining Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard in March 2020, Justin worked for prominent civil litigation defense firms in Houston and interned for the Honorable Justice Marc Brown in the Fourteenth Court of Appeals of Texas.
