Overview

An attorney in the firm’s New Orleans office, Armand Samuels handles breaches of contracts and open account claims. He counsels businesses of all sizes as well as individuals through debt disputes. Armand assists oil and gas industry clients with debt collection claims under the Louisiana Oil Well Lien Act and also conducts an active construction law practice, representing contractors and subcontractors in construction litigation and a range of commercial disputes. 

Outside the Office

A New Orleans native, when Armand is not in the office, you can find him enjoying time with his wife and two sons either at home having a movie night or traveling for baseball and football games.
